Lydia, Seller of Purple: From Darkness to Light

Lydia was passionate about the purple dye trade, her faith and sharing the Good News with anyone who would listen. The only obstacles that stood in her way were her loneliness as a widow and the dangerous Roman, named Demas. A constant challenge to Lydia was attempting to rebuild her relationship with her daughter. Lydia was influenced by her experience growing up with a mother who was aloof and at times, cold.

Emerging from unimaginable loss, Lydia, a young widow and single Mother, brings her dreams to life through hard work, sheer determination, and most importantly God’s guidance and strength.
